Big clean Family Suite with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. Enjoyed the nice pools and spa facilities like a foot massage. Daily cleaning was great. Free water bottles. The beach area was spacious, perfect for relaxation. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good amenities.

The hotel offered spacious accommodations with great facilities but
there were some noise issues from nearby roads at night. My family and I loved the daily cleaning service and the complimentary water bottles, but the dining could have had more variety, despite the food being tasty.

The on-site restaurant lacks variety and has its ups and downs. while some food is decent, others, like the fried fish, come out soggy probably from old oil. Noise levels can be a real distraction, especially when large cruise boats host beach parties, flooding the area with rowdy crowds and blaring music. Additionally, despite the kitchen being advertised, it’s sparsely equipped, with only a microwave and fridge, leaving guests to scramble for utensils or cooking options.

The location right by the beach made our stay enjoyable. The pool area offered a great space for the kids to splash around, and the staff were attentive when we needed assistance. Our Family Suite was spacious, accommodating our family well. Unfortunately, the kitchen came with no utensils, which was a major inconvenience. We expected at least some basics like glasses or cutlery. My request for these was not met, which led us to buy our own. The dining menu was also lacking compared to our previous visits. The restaurant had very few selections, which was disappointing. While it was nice to have a comfortable space, the lack of kitchen supplies and limited dining options were big letdowns.

The pool area was tranquil and provided a lovely escape. Staff were genuinely attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The garden view from our room was wonderful, allowing us to enjoy nature right from our balcony.
The dining menu lacked variety, making meal times less enjoyable.
